Letters from Students attending our schools ....My parents wanted me to go to a Christian high school because they knew how my friends and I were acting last year. If I were going to the public school I used to go to, I probably would still be acting in a way that would get me arrested or maybe even kicked out. I know that all kinds of bad stuff would be happening in my life. I would most likely be in a gang now. I would be into drugs and alcohol and other serious stuff. Attending a Christian high school has given me the opportunity to have a calm school year. I know that if I weren't here, a lot of bad things would happen. ... I'm a junior at Trinity High School. My dad and step-mom knew that I was heading the wrong way, so they made the decision to send me to a Christian high school. I didn't want to go but now I'm a junior and know that a Christ-centered high school is what is really important.... .... I am a junior at Trinity High School. When I was in the 8th grade I wanted to go Prescott High where all of my friends were going. Now I am glad that I am going to Trinity were everyone treats each other with respect. There wasn't a bunch of kids calling each other names and saying bad things about each other. The students at Trinity care about each other and they show it. ....Being in a Christian high school is great because it helps me to grow spiritually, when I am with other Christians, and when I am learning everything from a Christian perspective. This is my second year at Trinity and I like it a lot. ...I am currently in my second year at Trinity High School as a junior. One of the "positives" that has assisted me with my education and my walk with Christ is that there is a personal connection with each teacher that I have. This creates a better chance to not only get help for class work, but also helps on issues in my life. ... I chose to attend Trinity High School because I wanted to have my high school years free from peer pressure, drugs, and gangs. Both my parents and I wanted me to have an education that would strengthen my belief that I am a redeemed child of God by grace through faith in my Lord and Savior Jesus. ....At Trinity High School my faith in the Lord grows every day. All of our curricula are based on the Bible. I kinda feel like all of us students have helped each other grow. If any of us are going through a rough time, we know we can go school and pray about it with each other. It's been such a blessing/to me. ....I heard about Trinity High School from friends and thought maybe this would be a place that would help my walk and my education. I was right! This school has been a tremendous help and kind of like a miracle in the middle of a small town. |
